METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
  2. in a large bowl, combine butter, NESTLÉ baking cocoa, eggs, sugar, vanilla and sifted flour; mix well, stir in pecans.
  3. pour mixture into prepared pan. spoon NESTLÉ top ‘n’ fill caramel onto brownie mixture, swirl through with a skewer.
  4. bake 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. stand in pan for 10 minutes before turning out. cut into pieces to serve.
