sift flours, bicarbonate of soda and NESTLÉ baking cocoa into a medium bowl; stir in sweetener. whisk together eggs, vanilla, oil, NESTLÉ diet vanilla yogurt and puree. pour onto dry ingredients; stir to thoroughly combine.
spoon mixture into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes. cool. cut the brownie in half through the centre and return the bottom half of the brownie to the pan.
place light & creamy ice cream and NESTLÉ diet chocolate mousse in a bowl; mix to combine. spoon over brownie; top with remaining brownie half. freeze until filling is firm. cut into squares; dust with extra NESTLÉ Baking Cocoa if desired.
