Grease and line a 36cm x 21cm Swiss roll pan with baking paper. Combine butter and biscuits in a medium bowl; mix well; press firmly into the base of prepared pan. Refrigerate.
Meanwhile, dissolve gelatine powder in boiling water. Place in a medium bowl with NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk and lemon juice; beat until well combined. Pour over biscuit base; refrigerate for 1 hour or until set.
Make jelly as per packet instructions, adding extra gelatine. Cool mixture; pour over chilled base and refrigerate for 1 hour or until the jelly slice is set. Cut the jelly slice into squares using a warm knife.
