Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan forced. Line 16 holes from two 12-hole (1/3 cup/80mL) muffin pans with paper cases.
Using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and vanilla in a medium bowl until pale and creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until just combined. Add banana and NESTLÉ BAKERS' CHOICE Milk CHOC BITS; stir until well combined. Fold in flour and milk until just combined.
Spoon into prepared muffin cases and bake 20-25 minutes until just firm to touch. Stand in pan for 5 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool.
