METHOD

  1. heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat; add nuts and seeds. dry-fry for 1-2 minutes, stirring continuously until toasted (take care as the nuts will burn very quickly).
  2. remove from heat; cool slightly; roughly chop.
  3. take four glasses and spoon a little NESTLÉ soleil diet peach mango yoghurt into the bottom of each one. divide mango slices between the glasses, top with another layer of yoghurt, then finish with a layer of sliced strawberries.
