Using NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk, the delicious chocolate and coffee flavours of Wattleseed combined with the fruity flavour of Strawberry Gum makes this a tasty cheesecake to remember.

Combine biscuit crumbs, wattleseed and melted butter and press into base of a lined 22cm springform pan. Place in freezer to set.
Beat cream cheese, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk, orange juice, strawberry gum, food colouring and the gelatine mix in a food processor until smooth.
Pour mixture over base and refrigerate one hour, or until set.
Optional – decorate top with fresh strawberries.
