METHOD

  1. Combine biscuit crumbs, wattleseed and melted butter and press into base of a lined 22cm springform pan. Place in freezer to set.
  2. Beat cream cheese, NESTLÉ® Sweetened Condensed Milk, orange juice, strawberry gum, food colouring and the gelatine mix in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Pour mixture over base and refrigerate one hour, or until set.
  4. Optional – decorate top with fresh strawberries.
TIP:
Did You Know: Strawberry Gum is a native Australian plant found in Eastern Australia, mainly around New South Wales. It can be used in both sweet and savoury recipes and is particularly delicious in puddings.
