                                    METHOD
- 
          cook spaghetti according to packet directions, drain and keep warm.
- 
          heat oil in a frying pan over medium high heat; add vegetables and ham, cook 2 minutes. reduce heat to medium.
- 
          blend 1/4 cup (60ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream and cornflour; add to the pan with remaining cream; bring to the boil, stirring until thick and creamy; simmer 1 minute.
- 
          toss through pasta and cook just until heated through.
