METHOD

  1. heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; add pork, ginger and garlic. cook until pork has browned. add water chestnuts and bamboo shoots; stir fry this san choy bau mixture for one minute to heat through before moving on to the oyster sauce stir fry step.
  2. add MAGGI authentic thai fish sauce, MAGGI oyster sauce, MAGGI sweet chilli sauce and green onions; stir fry oyster sauce, chilli sauce, fish sauce, and green onions into the san choy bau mixture until heated through.
  3. spoon san choy bau mixture into lettuce cups to serve.
