  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. combine pumpkin and oil, toss well; place on prepared baking tray and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and tender.
  3. meanwhile, cook pasta according to packet directions; drain and keep warm.
  4. heat extra oil in a frying pan over medium heat; cook chicken until browned; add onion and cook 2 minutes. stir in pumpkin and pesto.
  5. combine CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, MAGGI creamy white sauce mix and water. add to the frying pan, bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer 5 minutes. add pasta, cook just until heated through.
