METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
  2. place butter and golden syrup in a small saucepan over a medium heat; stir until melted. dissolve bi-carbonate of soda in water; stir into butter mixture and allow to cool slightly.
  3. place UNCLE toby’s traditional oats, flour, coconut, sugar, NESTLÉ milk choc bits and apricots in a large bowl; add butter mixture; mix to combine.
  4. roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls. place on a prepared oven trays and gently press down with a fork.
  5. bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. allow to cool before storing in an air tight container.
