METHOD

preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

combine flours and sugar in a bowl. rub in butter using fingertips; add nuts, egg and milk and mix to form a dough.

using floured hands, roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into balls, place onto prepared trays, flatten slightly with a fork; press NESTLÉ milk choc bits on top.

bake 12 minutes or until golden; cool on baking trays.
