NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk
METHOD

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat; cook leeks for 2 minutes. Add garlic and paprika, cook a further 2 minutes.

Add potatoes and water. bring to the boil; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Stir in NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk.

puree in a blender or food processor; return to the saucepan, and gently reheat; serve topped with chives and almonds.
