METHOD

  1. lay fillets onto chopping board skin side up. sprinkle with pepper. divide asparagus evenly between fish. roll firmly, securing with toothpicks. set aside as it's time for the Asian broth recipe.
  2. heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat so you can begin with the Asia broth recipe aspect of this dish. add leek, garlic, chilli, ginger, leaves and mushrooms. cook 5 minutes or until fragrant and mushrooms are tender. add stock and fish sauce, bring to the boil; simmer 5 minutes.
  3. add NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and dory fish rolls; simmer 15 minutes or until dory fish is cooked through. stir through green onions.
