METHOD

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain and keep warm.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; add prawns, cook for 5 minutes or until browned; remove from pan. Add garlic and leek to pan, cook 1 minute or until softened; add wine and bring to the boil.
  3. Pour in NESTLÉ CARNATION Lite Cooking Cream and mustard to pan, bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until thickened; add prawns, baby spinach and pasta; cook just until heated through. Serve immediately.
