METHOD

heat oil in a large saucepan over medium low heat. add onion, cook for 2 – 3 minutes or until soft but not brown.

add potatoes and cook 3 – 4 minutes.

add chicken stock, MAGGI original seasoning, corn kernels and creamed corn; bring to the boil; simmer until potatoes are tender.
