preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
prepare sponge cake as directed on packet. spoon evenly into prepared pan; bake 25-30 minutes or until a skewer insertedinto the centre comes out clean. remove from pan and cool completely.
