              METHOD
- 
          brush the chicken with olive oil; cook over a heated barbecue or under a preheated grill for 12 minutes, turning once during cooking.

          meanwhile, combine MAGGI creamy white sauce mix, milk and water in a saucepan. bring to the boil, stirring constantly, then simmer over a low heat for 2 minutes. stir in mustard, cheese, basil and pepper to taste.
