  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan with baking paper.
  2. place flour in a medium bowl; using fingertips, rub margarine into flour until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs; add parmesan, corn and ham; pour in CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk; mix to a firm dough.
  3. turn dough onto a floured surface; knead until smooth; press into prepared pan. spread with pesto; lay tomatoes over pesto and sprinkle with cheese. bake 15 -20 minutes or until golden. cut into 4 or 8 pieces, depending on child’s age.
