  1. preheat oven to 170°c/150°c fan forced. grease and line an 18 x 28cm lamington pan with baking paper. in a food processor, process flour, icing sugar and butter until it resembles fine breadcrumbs. press into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until slightly golden.
  2. in a medium saucepan over medium heat combine extra butter and golden syrup and stir until melted. add sugar, gelatine and NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, stir over heat for 10 minutes or until thickened. pour over biscuit base and refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. cut into fingers or squares.
