  1. Cook Potatoes
    Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Add milk to taste, for an extra creamy mash. Keep warm.
  2. Cook Mince
    Meanwhile heat oil in a large frying pan, brown mince. Add combined tomatoes and MAGGI Your Meal Your Way Recipe Base bring to boil, stirring, add vegetables, simmer uncovered for 15 minutes.
  3. Top with Cheese
    Divide mashed potato between bowls. Evenly spoon over mince, top with tasty cheese and serve immediately. If desired serve with steamed vegetables.
