METHOD

  1. Mix & Marinate
    In a mixing bowl, combine Maggi Spicy Seasoning, shaoxing wine, vinegar, sugar and vegetable stock. Add tofu to mixture and marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir Frying
    Heat oil in a frying pan until just smoking. Add tofu (keep marinated mixture) and stir-fry for 2 minutes until lightly browned. Add mushrooms, spring onions and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  3. Ready to Serve
    Reduce heat to low and add reserved marinating mixture. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until reduced by half. Transfer to a serving bowl and top radish. Serve with cucumber on the side.
