  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
  2. place butter, sugar and golden syrup in a medium saucepan over low heat. stir until sugar has melted. remove from heat and stir in UNCLE toby’s traditional oats.
  3. pour mixture into prepared pan and level the surface with the back of a spoon. bake for 20-25 minutes or until brown. cool for 10 minutes before cutting.
