roll teaspoonfuls of mixture into small balls, refrigerate until firm.
melt remaining NESTLÉ white melts as directed on the pack. coat truffles and refrigerate until firm.
melt NESTLÉ dark melts as directed on the pack. coat one side of each truffle, then decorate with a piece of cherry, refrigerate. store in an air tight container in the refrigerator.
