METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. lightly spray a 20cm pie dish with oil and line with pastry, trimming away any excess pastry.
  2. mix CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk and eggs in a bowl. stir in broccoli, capsicum, tomato, onion and mushrooms. pour mixture into prepared pie dish. sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until set. serve hot or cold with a tossed salad.
