mix carnation NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk and eggs in a bowl. stir in broccoli, red capsicum, tomato, onion and mushrooms. pour mixture into prepared pie dish. sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 minutes or until set. serve vegetarian quiche hot or cold with a tossed salad to balance out the richness of the vegetarian quiche.
