  1. heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; add mince and brown; add MAGGI original seasoning, cumin, tomatoes and beans and bring to the boil. reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. place some veal mixture on a heated tortilla. top with cheese, capsicum and avocado, fold in the sides and roll up. repeat with all tortillas and serve immediately.
