NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 340ml
METHOD

Heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat; cook veal until golden on both sides. Drain and keep warm.

Add garlic and peppercorns to frying pan and cook 30 seconds.

Blend 1/4 cup (60ml) NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk, MAGGI original seasoning and cornflour. Add to pan with remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Simmer 1 minute or until thickened; serve sauce poured over veal.
