METHOD

  1. heat oil in frying pan over medium high heat; cook veal until golden on both sides. drain and keep warm.
  2. add garlic and peppercorns to frying pan and cook 30 seconds.
  3. blend 1/4 cup (60ml) CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, MAGGI original seasoning and cornflour. add to pan with remaining milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly. simmer 1 minute or until thickened; serve sauce poured over veal.
