  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced.
  2. heat oil in a non-stick saucepan over medium heat; spray with oil; cook onion over medium heat until soft. add mince and cook until browned.
  3. add MAGGI cook in the pot chilli con carne mix, corn, refried beans, tomatoes and two-thirds of salsa. stir, bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until sauce thickens
  4. place a little meat sauce in the base of a 29cm x 23cm lasagne dish. top with 4 tortillas, then add alternate layers of meat sauce, spinach and tortillas, finishing with a tortilla layer. spread remaining salsa over the top.
  5. sprinkle with cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown. allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
