in a large bowl, combine chicken with MAGGI sweet chilli sauce, MAGGI authentic thai fish sauce, garlic, zest and coriander. mix well and shape into 24 small patties.
heat a large frying pan over medium heat; cook patties for 2-3 minutes each side or until golden and cooked through. remove from pan and drain.
divide salad leaves between pita bread; top each with 3 patties and serve with extra MAGGI sweet chilli sauce, if desired.
