METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced.
  2. melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add onion, celery and carrot; cook 2 minutes. stir in flour, cook 1 minute. gradually stir in CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, oregano and MAGGI original seasoning. bring to the boil, stirring until thick and creamy; add chicken and corn and simmer 2 minutes.
  3. transfer to a 20cm pie plate. scrunch pastry sheets and sit them on top. bake 12-15 minutes or until golden. serve immediately.
