cut capsicum into quarters. place a piece of capsicum on each steak, then top with 2 basil leaves. roll up and secure with toothpicks.
heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. add rolls and cook until evenly browned. add gravy; bring to the boil. cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until steak is cooked.
to serve, cut in half and spoon over gravy. serve with steamed vegetables and mashed potato if desired.
