METHOD

  1. heat oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat; stir fry chicken until browned.
  2. add combined MAGGI Oyster Sauce, orange juice, water and garlic; bring to the boil; simmer for 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  3. stir in green shallots and serve.
