METHOD

  1. preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. grease a 24cm deep flan dish.
  2. heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. cook leeks and capsicum 3 minutes.
  3. arrange potato, pumpkin, leek and capsicum in prepared dish.
  4. whisk together CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, MAGGI vegetable sensations tasty cheese vegetable bake recipe base, eggs and basil. pour over vegetables; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. bake 55 minutes or until vegetables are tender and egg mixture has set. stand 5 minutes before cutting into wedges.
