  1. place lamb, garlic, spices, honey and juice in a glass bowl; toss to combine; marinate 15 minutes.
  2. spray a nonstick frying pan with oil and heat on high. add lamb in 2 batches, cook until browned and tender. remove from pan. allow to stand for 5 minutes before slicing thinly.
  3. place bread on a flat surface. divide hummus between bread, spreading thinly; top with lettuce, tabbouli, corn and tomato.
  4. arrange lamb along centre, top with onion and roll up firmly to enclose.
