  1. place MAGGI rich brown onion gravy mix in a bowl with lamb, ginger, garlic, yoghurt and cumin; mix well, cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours.
  2. finely chop capsicum; place in a bowl with tomato, coriander, juice and sugar; combine well. set aside.
  3. heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. add lamb and stir fry 4 minutes or until just cooked. set aside.
  4. cut the bread in half; divide salad and lamb between bread; add a dollop of yoghurt and serve with the salsa.
