finely chop capsicum; place in a bowl with tomato, coriander, juice and sugar; combine well. set aside.
heat oil in a frying pan over a high heat. add lamb and stir fry 4 minutes or until just cooked. set aside.
cut the bread in half; divide salad and lamb between bread; add a dollop of yoghurt and serve with the salsa.
