METHOD

  1. heat oil in a frying pan over high heat; brown lamb; remove and set aside.
  2. reheat frying pan over medium heat; add onion and capsicum, cook 4 minutes.
  3. meanwhile combine MAGGI rich brown onion gravy mix, water, curry paste and tomato paste. add to the pan; bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  4. return lamb to pan with chickpeas; simmer 3 minutes or until heated through. if desired, serve with rice.
