heat a non stick frying pan over medium high heat; spray with oil. add steak, cook for 3 minutes each side. remove; cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes before thinly slicing.

combine MAGGI sweet chilli sauce, dressing and basil in a small bowl or jug. set aside.

place noodles in a large heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. stand until tender; separate the noodles with 2 forks. drain thoroughly. place in a large bowl with steak, dressing, capsicum, snow peas, tomatoes and cucumber; toss thoroughly to combine.
