METHOD

  1. heat a large frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; add onion; cook 3 minutes or until soft. add cumin and coriander; cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
  2. add beans, tomatoes, tomato paste and MAGGI chilli sauce. bring to the boil; reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes or until thickened slightly.
  3. to serve, divide filling between tortillas; roll, then top with lettuce, tomato, cheese and yoghurt.
