METHOD

  1. sift flour and cinnamon into bowl, make a well in the centre, add combined NESTLÉ sweetened condensed skim milk, egg, apple, lemon zest and water. stir until well mixed.
  2. heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat; spray with oil; place heaped tablespoonfuls of mixture into pan, cook until golden brown on one side, turn, brown other side.
