NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk 340ml
METHOD

preheat oven to 200°c/180°c fan forced. lightly grease an oven tray.

cut pastry into 8 triangles. place on prepared tray and brush with egg. bake 10 minutes or until golden.

meanwhile, heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat; add onion, cook 2 minutes. add water and wine; bring to the boil. add fish and simmer 2 minutes.

blend cornflour with 1 tablespoon of NESTLÉ CARNATION Light & Creamy Evaporated Milk; add to frying pan with remaining milk, Maggi original seasoning and mustard; bring to the boil, stirring constantly. add prawns and spinach; simmer 1 minute.

spoon seafood mixture onto serving plates and top with pastry triangles.
