  1. heat a large frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; add onion, cook for 3 minutes or until soft; add garlic, paprika, capsicum and rice, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. add tomatoes, water and MAGGI original seasoning; bring to the boil. cook, covered, for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. arrange mussels, prawns, scallops and peas over the top; cover and cook for 5 minutes or until seafood is cooked.
