METHOD

  1. combine turmeric, cumin, MAGGI sweet chilli sauce with half the yoghurt in a shallow bowl. add salmon and coat with the mixture. cover and allow to marinate for 30 minutes if time permits.
  2. combine tomatoes, onion and mint. in a separate bowl, combine the remaining yoghurt, cucumber and garlic.
  3. cook the fish as desired, either on a lightly oiled barbecue or under a grill, turning once.
  4. serve fish with rice, the tomato and mint raita and the cucumber yoghurt.
