preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease a 6 cup (1.5l) capacity ovenproof dish.
beat butter and sugar until light and creamy. beat in eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition; beat in NESTLÉ dark melts.
fold in sifted NESTLÉ baking cocoa and flour alternately with milk. spoon mixture into prepared dish.
make the sauce by placing extra NESTLÉ dark melts, extra NESTLÉ baking cocoa and water in a small saucepan and cook over a medium heat until melted. pour over pudding.
bake for 40-45 minutes; serve immediately.
