  1. preheat oven to 180ºc/160°c fan forced. grease a 25cm x 15cm baking dish.
  2. cook potatoes in boiling water until tender, drain and mash. line base of casserole dish with half the potato.
  3. meanwhile, in a large jug, prepare both packets of MAGGI creamy white sauce mix with milk and water, according to directions on packet. transfer to a large bowl with salmon, eggs and parsley, mixing well to combine; spoon evenly over potato.
  4. top with remaining potato, sprinkle with cheese. bake 30 minutes or until hot and golden.
