METHOD

  1. cook pasta according to packet directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. meanwhile, blend cornflour with 1/4 cup (60ml) CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk; pour into a medium saucepan with remaining milk; bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
  3. reduce heat, add pasta, lemon zest, salmon, tomatoes and dill and cook until heated through. serve with lemon wedges if desired.
