METHOD

  1. heat a large non-stick frying pan over high heat; spray with oil; add chicken, cook until browned. reduce heat to medium; add garlic, onion and capsicum; cook for 3 minutes or until softened.
  2. add rice, tomatoes, beans and paprika; cook for 2 minutes. add MAGGI original seasoning, most of the water and saffron; bring to the boil, reduce heat to low and simmer, without stirring, for 15 minutes.
