  1. place quinoa in a sieve and rinse well under cold running water. tip into a saucepan and add milk. bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring often.
  2. add raisins and cinnamon; simmer for 8 - 10 minutes or until all of the liquid is absorbed. stir in the honey.
