METHOD

  1. place noodles in a heatproof bowl; cover with boiling water; stand until just tender; drain. transfer to a large serving bowl.
  2. heat a medium saucepan over medium heat; add oil and prawns, cook 3 minutes, add curry paste and onion, cook 2 minutes.
  3. add combined CARNATION light & creamy coconut flavoured cooking milk, MAGGI authentic thai fish sauce, lime juice and MAGGI sweet chilli sauce; bring to the boil, spoon laksa over prepared noodles. serve topped with hard boiled eggs, bean sprouts and coriander.
