METHOD

  1. cook pasta according to directions on packet; drain; keep warm.
  2. heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat; add proscuitto, cook 2-3 minutes or until crisp. add margarine and garlic, cook 2 minutes.
  3. blend 1 tablespoon CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk with cornflour, add to the pan with remaining milk; bring to boil, simmer 4 minutes or until thickened slightly.
  4. toss trough pasta and baby spinach. serve immediately.
