  1. cook rice according to packet instructions; keep warm.
  2. heat a large frying pan over medium heat; spray with oil; cook onion, capsicums and carrot for 2 minutes or until just tender. transfer to a bowl.
  3. add garlic and pork to the frying pan; cook over high heat for 2 minutes or until browned. return vegetables to pan, add black bean sauce and MAGGI sweet chilli sauce; cook for a further 2-3 minutes or until heated through.
