METHOD

  1. cook the pasta according to packet instructions. drain and keep warm.
  2. steam or microwave the vegetables until just tender.
  3. blend cornflour with 2 tablespoons CARNATION light & creamy cooking milk, stirring until smooth. add to a saucepan with remaining milk and MAGGI original seasoning; stir over medium heat until the mixture boils and thickens.
  4. add vegetables and pasta, cooked just until heated through. serve sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
